Stora CC 2009 - Sweden´s Chihuahua special 2009

Den 13 juni hade Chihuahuacirkeln traditionsenligt arrangerat den stora Chihuahuaspecialen 2009 i Avesta.
Så många som 260 av Sveriges bästa chihuahuor deltog trots det regniga vädret. En del hade åkt långt dessutom, en del ända från Danmark.

June 13th in Avesta the Swedish Chihuahuacirkel traditionally arranged the Swedish chihuahuaspecial 2009.
As many as 260 of Swedens top chihuahuas entered the ring despite of rain. Many had travelled far, even as far as Denmark.

Långhårsdomare för klasserna unghund, öppen, champion och veteran, var välkända Shelda Hornby från Storbrittanien som har kennel Brameritas. Domare Hornby, en trevlig dam som verkar brinna för sitt jobb och för rasen, gjorde ett väldigt noggrant jobb och missade absolut ingenting. Longcoat judge for the classes Intermediate, Open, Champion and Veteran, was wellknown mrs Shelda Hornby from United Kingdom who have kennel Brameritas. Judge Hornby, a nice lady who feels like she is very passionate about her work and the breed, did a very thorough job, and missed absolutely nothing.

Här tar hon en sista titt på finalisternas huvudform, ögon och tänder innan hon ska besluta vem som hon tycker förtjänar att bli Bästa Långhårstik 2009. Here she takes a last check on the finalists headshape, eyes and teeth before deciding who she thinks deserve to win Best Longcoat Bitch 2009.

Veterantiken NUCH SUCH SV-07 Tickawis Secret Love och championtiken JEUW-08 SUCH Roadmans Imagination, får ta en sista promenad inför domare Hornbys granskande blick.

Bästa Långhårstik 2009 blev.... Chiliwawas Holy Moly!!!! Fantastiskt bra gjort med tanke på att hon just gått upp i unghundsklass, och det här var hennes fjärde officiella tävlingsstart. Best Longcoat Bitch 2009 is... Chiliwawas Holy Moly!!! Amazingly well done considering she just got up to Intermediate class, and this was the 4th national show she have ever entered.

Medan vi väntar på bedömningen för Bäst I Rasen, BIR, bekantar sig Holy Moly med Bästa Långhårshanen Siripiri Linuz Regal. Hon tycker han är jättesnygg. Han verkar inte helt ointresserad heller. While waiting for being judged in Best In Breed, Holy Moly is making friends with Best Longcoat Male, Siripiri Linuz Regal.She think he looks really hand- some. He doesnt seem too unintrested either.

Domaren har gjort sitt beslut. Bäst I Rasen, BIR, blir... Siripiris Linuz Regal. Och därmed blir Bäst I Motsatt, BIM,... Chiliwawas Holy Moly. Glädje, glädje.. The judge have made her ruling. Best of Breed is... Siripiris Linuz Regal And therefore Best of Opposite is... Chiliwawas Holy Moly. Happy, happy..

Lapseeker First In Line, Yatzy, gick med i valpklass 6-9 månader. Den blöta marken och allt regn gjorde att hon inte ville alls. Nästa gång går det nog bättre. Lapseekers First In Line, Yatzy, did enter the puppyclass. The heavy rain did not appeal to her liking. She will hopefully do better next time.

Som bästa unghund på långhårssidan kvalade Holy Moly till BIS-Unghund. Representant för korthåren var läckre Chiwaows Hot Sensation, visad av Daniela Cueto Saavedra. Domare var irländske Patrick McDewitt som dömt korthåren denna dag. Även känd som mannen bakom kennel Keenaughts. Han sa att de båda var väldigt jämna kvalitetsmässigt men att det var Chiwaows Hot Sensations vinst idag. As Best intermediare longcoat Holy Moly qualified for BIS-Intermediate. The shortcoat representative was handsome Chiwaows Hot Senation, hadled by Daniela Cueto Saavedra. The irish judge was Patrick McDewitt who had judged the shortcoats all day. Also known as the man behind the kennel Keenaughts. He said they where pretty equal in quality but this day he wanted to give the victory to Chiwaows Hot Sensation.

När det var dags för Best In Show 2009 var det återigen brittiska Shelda Hornby som var domare. Och när allt var klart blev resultatet:
